  • A Heck Yeah VIP Day is a focused, fast-paced, done-in-a-day service where we knock out high-level strategy and creative tasks that would normally take weeks. You get my brain, skills, and full attention for the day — no juggling other clients, no waiting weeks for edits.

  • Most full-day sessions run 6–7 hours. You’ll be “on call” via Voxer or Zoom (we’ll decide together) for check-ins, approvals, and decision-making throughout the day. If you’re booking a multi-day package, we’ll map out the ideal work cadence together.

  • Once you book, you’ll get a Welcome Kit with a checklist and form to fill out. I’ll need things like:

    • Your goals

    • Website login (if relevant)

    • Brand assets (logo, fonts, photos, etc.)

    • Copy, images, or rough drafts of anything we’ll be using

    • Availability for quick replies the day of

    Prep = magic. The better you're prepped, the more we get done.

  • Yes — if your content is ready and you want something clean and strategic (not a 20-page behemoth). A 1–4 page site with SEO basics and your brand voice dialed in is doable in a full-day Power Move. Bigger builds? That’s what our 2–5 day packages are for.

  • Here’s what we can crush in a day (depending on scope):

    • Squarespace or Shopify site setup

    • Email funnels + list setup

    • Sales page or landing page design

    • SEO audit + implementation

    • Brand kit creation

    • Social media content plans or templates

    • Strategy mapping (launches, offers, audience)

    • Power Move (1 Day): $2,500

    • Business Makeover (2 Days): $4,750

    • The Big Leap (3 Days): $6,900

    • Empire Builder (5 Days): $11,000

    $500 is due to reserve your spot. The balance is due the day of delivery. Payment plans available for multi-day builds.

  • If we run out of time and you want to extend, you’ll have the option to book an additional Half-Day or follow-up implementation session at my hourly project rate.

    • Hourly ($150/hr): For quick fixes or a little polish (think: design swaps, tech hiccups, extra edits). Great if you just need an hour or two max.

    • Half-Day Session ($1,000): A strategic mini-sprint. We pre-plan the focus, I block out 4 hours of deep work, and you get real progress — just like a mini VIP Day. This includes prep, execution, and wrap-up notes. More efficient (and cost-effective) than paying by the hour if we’re doing anything big.

    • Copywriting from scratch (though I can edit, enhance, or optimize yours)

    • Product photography or video creation

    • Ongoing management or tech support

    • Branding from the ground up (unless booked as part of a longer VIP package)

  • Spots fill fast. If you have a launch coming up or need this done yesterday, grab a spot as soon as possible — I typically book 2–4 weeks out.

  • Life happens. If you need to reschedule, you can move your date with at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a new date within 60 days. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit the deposit.
